Vegetalidade is a walk through Belém to meet the trees. The time of my steps, of these plants, of the constructions and incessant displacements become entangled.
Then the walk provoked the beginnings of research into the entanglement between the urban trees and my human body. The scars, marks, presence or absence, caused by this city, also known as ‘Mangueirosa’, are all shared stories.
They were made during a residency at FotoAtiva in Belém, which was supported by a Mobility grant from the Institut Français.
